Dieting

    So the husband and I have been dieting since January 3rd. So far we are both down 4 lbs. We have switched to only water. Bye bye Diet Cherry Pepsi and good ole' southern sweet tea.....We have also cut out egg yolks, added wheat bread only, and I am eating more fruit everyday. We are fast food aholics too. I thought this would have been the hardest part to cut out, but really hasn't been hard at all. The hardest thing to cut out so far has been sweets. I am a Hershey bar lover. I have to admit the first 3 days were not easy. I REALLY wanted a Hershey bar.. But so far so good..We have stuck with the diet for almost a week now. Usually when we try this we dont last 3 days..  I have discovered there aren't any healthy  breakfast choices at fast food restaurants. So I have been getting up earlier in the morning and cooking breakfast. My bank account loves me for this. My breakfast of choice lately has been yogurt. This weeks goal is to get on the Wii and do some exercise. I am still trying to find the elusive Zumba game for Wii. It is sold out EVERYWHERE! Well if you all dieting, good luck and I would love to hear what you are doing to try to shed those lbs!
